| H. GILMAN HUDNALL | |
| H. Gilman (Gil) Hudnall was an original founder of the firm in 1973
and is the firm's managing officer. A litigator for many years, Gil moved into the real
estate area full time in the mid-1980's. In addition to being a member of the Bar of
Georgia since 1971, he has also been admitted to the Bars of the U.S. District Courts
for Northern and Middle Georgia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th and
11th Circuits. He is certified to practice before the Supreme Court of the United
States and is a current or past member of the Atlanta Bar Association, American Bar
Association and Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
Hudnall Cohn is a charter member of the Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorney Association (GRECAA) for which Gil has been elected to the Board of Directors since 1991 and has served as Treasurer, Vice-President and President twice. A graduate of the University of Virginia (B.A., 1968) and the University of Georgia School of Law (J.D., 1971), Gil has been active in numerous professional organizations, including the Atlanta Mortgage Bankers Association, the Georgia Association of Mortgage Bankers and the Georgia Mortgage Brokers Association. He is a regular speaker at the Annual Real Estate Law Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia. An active member of various neighborhood civic groups, Gil has served as president and numerous other offices to preserve lakes and neighborhood amenities. | S. ALAN COHN | |
| S. Alan Cohn graduated from the University of Georgia with a
B.B.A. in Accounting
in 1968 and graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1971.
After serving in the United States Army, Alan practices both commercial and residential real
estate law, as well as Small Estate Planning in the Atlanta area. He is a member of the Real
Estate Section and the Fiduciary Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia as well as a member of
the Georgia Residential Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association ("GRECAA"). Alan is very
active in local community organizations and is a Past President and Founding Member of Congregation
B'nai Torah. Alan has also been very active in working with young adults, and coached Little League
Baseball for over ten years. He has served as an Adult Advisor to Tau Epsilon Phi Fraternity at the
University of Georgia and is Vice-President of the Young Adult Division
(Y.A.D.) of the Jewish
Federation of Greater Atlanta.

| SUSAN G. FYVOLENT | |
| Susan G. Fyvolent earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Woodrow Wilson
College at Law in 1983 after successful completion of a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public
Relations from the University if Georgia in 1976. While at Georgia, she was an active member
of Delta Phi Epsilon sorority. After 5 years of litigation practice in Atlanta, she returned
to her home state of Florida to explore her first career love of marketing and public relations.
She became a marketing specialist in economic development and worked with other economic
development professionals to create the Tampa Bay Partnership… a cooperative of Bay area
business leaders working to encourage the relocation of value added businesses to the Tampa
Bay area. While in Florida, she was chosen to participate in and subsequently completed Leadership
Tampa Bay.
Upon returning to Atlanta in 1993, she changed her law practice direction to real estate and happily practices with the firm of Hudnall Cohn in the area of residential real estate and foreclosure at the firm's Riveredge location. | MARIANNE T. SHAVER | |
| Marianne T. Shaver received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lehigh University
in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in 1991. While at Lehigh, Marianne was a teaching assistant for the Business
Law professor and a Drill Instructor for the Beginning Latin course. She returned home to Atlanta's Emory
University to earn her Juris Doctorate degree in 1994. Marianne was involved in the Legal Association of
Women Students at Emory and organized the club's Res Judicata 5K which benefited a local AIDS foundation.
Marianne has been with the firm since 1996, concentrating in the areas of residential and commercial real estate and foreclosure law. She spoke on behalf of the Georgia Bar Association's continuing education program regarding the effect of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act on Georgia foreclosures in 1999. | JAMES W. MOORE | |
| James W. Moore graduated Cum Laude with Honors from the University
of Georgia with a B.B.A. degree in finance in 1986. He received his Juris
Doctorate degree from the University of Florida in 1989. He has practiced in the
Atlanta residential real estate market since 1993. He is member of both the State Bar of Georgia and The Florida Bar. He joined the law firm of Hudnall Cohn in August, 2002, and is currently the Vice President of the Georgia Residential Closing Attorneys Association.

| W. Carlton Alford received his B.B.A. degree in 1996, and
his Juris Doctorate degree in 1999, both from the University of Georgia. He has practiced in residential

| Kimberly A. Hicks earned her Juris Doctorate degree from
the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 2001 following her graduation from
the University of Georgia with a A.S. degree in 1998. She was admitted
to the State Bar of Georgia in 2001, and practices in the area of residential real
estate. She joined the law firm of Hudnall Cohn in 2003.

| DAWN S. DUKE | |
| Dawn S. Duke earned her Juris Doctorate degree from
the University of Tennessee in 1995 following her graduation from
Vanderbilt University with a B.S. degree in 1985. She was admitted
to the State Bar of Georgia in 1996, and practices in the area of residential real
estate. She joined the law firm of Hudnall Cohn in 2006.

| PILAR GIGANTE | |
| Pilar Gigante was born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She graduated from Tufts University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology in 1990, and received her Juris Doctorate degree from Emory University School of Law in 1995. She was admitted to the New York Bar in 1995 and worked for the New York Police Department until 1996, when she returned to Georgia to be a prosecutor with the DeKalb County Solicitor General’s Office and later on with the District Attorney’s Office. She moved to the area of residential real estate law in 2002, and joined Hudnall Cohn in 2007. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, NAHREP (the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals), and GRECAA (the Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association).
