Hudnall Cohn is a charter member of the Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association (GRECAA). Gil Hudnall has served on the Board of Directors for many years, held several offices and is a past president of the organization. James Moore is the current Vice President. GRECAA is known statewide for its zealous support of the role of the closing attorney in Georgia, sponsoring (and opposing) specific legislation, monitoring State Bar activities and providing educational information through meetings and newsletters.
